We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to work with us, to plan and deliver your event. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not proceed are retained for up to 24 months so that we have context if you get back in touch. Records relating to delivered events are retained for as long as required for business and statutory purposes.

Sharing with suppliers

Delivering an event requires us to work with venues, production partners, travel providers and other suppliers. Where we share your details with them, we share only what is necessary to deliver the event.

This website does not set advertising cookies. If analytics are added in future, this page will be updated to say what is collected and how to opt out.

Your rights
