We engaged Shaahi Creations to bring our Microsoft PM Day to life at Hotel Sheraton Hyderabad. The Microsoft PM presents a unique event challenge, as the one of interactive yet creative event in the Microsoft. The goal was to execute an exclusive, top-notch, week-long event that uniquely showcased Project Management & it's ever evolving spectrum within technology world along with an immersive experience, meetings, panels, content, and client entertainment, all while dealing with multiple speakers from across the world.
Shaahi Creations not only met our needs, but they exceeded expectations both creatively and logistically on every level. Leading up to the event, they were extremely organized, responsive and flexible to our ever-changing requests. They came up with ideas and solutions quickly and within budget. The execution onsite was flawless, leading to one of our most successful PM day event yet. The entire team was hands-on and had a “whatever it takes” approach throughout the process. They will bring something extra to the table with their innovative, think-outside-the-box approach and desire to surpass client expectations. As a bonus to the unparalleled work ethic and the ability to work under pressure, they did it all with cool calmness and positive attitudes.
